I try to have a check in at noon or after and check out by 10:30 the latest on departure day (often my guests leave a bit early for traveling purposes.) This 1 1/2 hours are essential to clean between guests.
50 % deposit is required within 7 days from the time you ask me to reserve it for you for specific dates.
(personal check and Money orders accepted ) to keep costs down I don't accept credit cards.
Full payment required on periods selected that are less than the weekly rate ( example a 2 or 3 day stay requires full payment - no 50 % deposits on partial weeks) - CANCELLATION POLICY..., if you cancel before 60 days of your arrival date I offer a full refund, if you cancel with in the 60 days , I'll try to rebook it , if I am successful I offer a full refund , If I am not able to fill that vacancy , I charge 25 %. to 50% of base rate (depends how much time I have, and I do make every attempt to rebook , ... Things to do: I keep a DeLormes Maine Atlas and Gazetteer on premises , it pinpoints the locations of features like State Parks, waterfalls, Scenic Areas, hiking trails, beaches, ranger stations, forest gatehouses, lookout towers, lean-tos and seaplane bases. WITH THIS MAP YOU CAN PLAN and UTILIZE your vacation to the best it can be! While our salt water coastline is 1 hr.45 minutes away , trips for Acadia National Park , Bar Harbor 'and light houses should be considered day trips. Bangors Hollywood Slots and Steven Kings house is an hour drive. If you would like a larger suggestive list of' things to do 'while here email me.

This is a brand new listing, so please don't think anything of my calendar being nearly empty so far. The mobile home is in very good shape , my rates are low because mobile homes are harder to rent than cabins and this mobile home has no waterfrontage, it does have a 15 foot pool and 3 beach areas with in 5 miles of here. Oh! one more thing, in certain cases in the past , I have had people who expected answers to their emails and their emails were blocked or limited to only the people in their address book or they were over quota in their accounts , those people was not aware that I had no way to reach them . (You could leave a phone number with your email )
General info : Relaxation and quiet are yours in this area, gateway to the Great Maine Woods. This is a safe neighborhood , where you can leave keys in your car, take a early morning jog - talk to new friends in a coffee shop, we are far from the commercialism and high tourists areas. Although the trailer has a large shared driveway with my home, having your own privacy should not be a concern. The mobile home is located to the right side of my residence, about 120 feet from the residential portion of my house, with shed and workshop extended in that direction. We do try for a Saturday to Saturday rental week but do accommodate other dates
Other Activities: Atv, Boat, Snowmobile, rentals are about 22 miles away, paddleboats canoes 8 miles
