My rates are between $250 & 400 / week, 2 night min. stay... dates are optional to fit your schedule but Saturday check-in is preferred. I try to have a check in and out both at NOON because often my guests often leave a bit early for traveling purposes.
50 % deposit is required within 7 days from the time you ask me to reserve it for you for specific dates.
(personal check and Money orders accepted ) to keep costs down I don't accept credit cards.
Full payment required on periods selected that are less than the weekly rate ( example a 2 or 3 day stay requires full payment - no 50 % deposits ) - CANCELLATION POLICY..., if you cancel before 60 days of your arrival date I offer a full refund, if you cancel with in the 60 days , I'll try to rebook it , if I am successful I offer a full refund , If I am not able to fill that vacancy , I charge 25 %. to 50% of base rate (depends how much time I have, and I do make every attempt to rebook , ... In addition, it pinpoints the locations of features like State Parks, waterfalls, Scenic Areas, hiking trails, beaches, ranger stations, forest gatehouses, lookout towers, lean-tos and seaplane bases. It also contains street maps for 23 cities and towns. The scale is 1:125,000 (1' to 2 miles) WITH THIS MAP YOU CAN PLAN and UTILIZE your vacation to the best it can be! if you would like a personal list of' things to do 'while here email me.

This is a brand new listing, so please dont think anything of my calendar being nearly empty so far. Oh one more thing, in certain cases in the past , I have had people who expected answers to their emails and their emails were blocked or limited to only the people in their address book or they were over quota in thier accounts , those people was not aware that I had no way to reach them . par # 3: Peace and quiet are yours in this furnished mobile home , if your just looking for low cost lodging and don't need that waterfront. This area is right in the center of Maine and a mile outside of Abbot Village, gateway to the Great Maine Woods. This location is a great place for the nature lover , wild game may be seen from the inside to include a moose (once in a while ) , deer and turkeys are common as well as a bald eagle. Recreational opportunities are abundant in this area with its lakes and ponds , streams and forests, weather your hiking , mountain climbing, fishing or just sitting on the deck with a bonfire out in the firepit .
Other Activities: Atv, Boat, Snowmobile, rentals are about 22 miles away
