Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 10% discount off regular rates if rented 28 days or longer in the same unit.
- $300 per week deposit required to hold reservation with the balance due upon arrival; Rate does not include the 12% sales/tourist tax. 3rd/4th person charge may apply during High season. Deposit is non-refundable if reservation is canceled less than 60 days prior to stay unless we are able to rent to another party under the same terms. Unless confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Leasee must be at least 21 years old.
