Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $2800/week peak season/$250 night off season. Maid is $150 additional.
- Negotiable rates for last minute bookings. Rental dates in summer season are Saturday - Saturday.
- $2800 per week peak season plus $150 for cleaning. $250/night off season + $150 for cleaning at end of stay. Linens are NOT included.

- The master has a bathroom attached - queen bed. The 2 downstairs bedrooms have a connecting full bathroom. The 2 bedrooms up the spiral staircase have a bathroom between the rooms (shower only) There is room in the bar area or in the main family room for any inflatable mattresses - the house is very spacious. We have had up to 18 in the house and they were fine.

Ocean Isle Beach House Details
Ocean Isle: Ocean Isle does have its own grocery store and several restaurants. There is a pier about 2 miles from the house and it is a great walk if you're up for it. Bike rentals are available.
Myrtle Beach: North Myrtle is only 30 minutes from the house. Loads of shopping, restaurants, and kids activities.
Golf: Lots of golf courses within miles of the house.
