- All rates are for the 2 bedroom unit. The three bedroom unit is $100 more added to the weekly rate.
- Note: All rates are for the lower two bedroom unit. this unit sleeps 6-8 persons
The upstairs three bedroom unit can be rented for an additional $100 more than the weekly rate. This unit sleeps 8-12 persons.
Double the weekly rate for the whole house. Two cleaning fees also applies.' - No additional fees or taxes. The rate you see is the rate you pay. The only extra is a cleaning fee of $100 per unit.

- The first three bedrooms are with the upstairs unit. There is an extra 'Morning Room' that sleeps two persons, and the Master has a huge walk in closet that sleeps two children on a foam mattress. Upstairs will sleep 8 adults in four rooms and two to four kids, depending on ages. There is also a sofa in the living room that could sleep an extra person. The next three bedrooms are with the downstairs unit. All have King beds and there are also two queen sleeper sofas in the downstairs unit. The living room also has two full size sofas. Max occupancy is 8.
