Walk 300 yards to New Breckenridge Gondola to ski. Walk 50 feet to Breckenridge Nordic Center ski and snow shoe trails. Relax in your private hot tub and watch the Gondola and watch x- country skiers cross the Nordic center bridge at the same time! Walk 6/10th's mile to world Famous Main Street Breckenridge, or ride the Gondola to Main Street. Enjoy a steam shower or jetted tub, cook your favorite meal in the Granite a Stainless steel kitchen of cook on the out door grill This is a stand alone one bedroom house with no common walls/floors or ceilings to other units. Not your typical condo!!!!
