The above rates include all Florida state taxes, utilities (e.g. water & electricity). You can arrive or depart on any day of the week and we have no minimum rental period.
Deposit of $175 per week will secure booking date. (non refundable)
The remaining balance is not payable until 8 weeks before departure. A refundable security deposit of $220 is payable with remaining balance 8 weeks before departure. This will be fully refunded pending an inspection from our management company.
Pool Heating is available if you require it at $175 per week (usually only required from Oct-March).
Please note for stays less than 7 nights there is a cleaning charge of $95.
We can accept payment in US$ or GB£, personal check, internet/wire bank transfers or credit/debit card (via Paypal).

Local Amenities: Within a 2 minute drive from the Star Florida Villa there is a popular Applebys restaurant, a bistro restaurant, Quiznos, Sports Bar, Chinese Takeaway, Pizza Restaurant/takeaway, Indian Restaurant, Fish & Chips takeaway, a Publix Supermarket, swimming pool shop, UPS store offering full postal service, realtor shops, bank/ATM. There is also a Super Walmart, located a 5 mins drive, along with various other restaurants located along the US27 and the 192, you will be spoilt for choice!
Short Cut to Disney!: Once you are in our vacation home you will find we supply you a shortcut route in the Details folder, this is the route the locals use to bypass any heavy traffic on the 192!
