North Ferrisburg Cottage Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• Rental Rate: $750 per week.
• Typically available from mid April through Oct 31 depending on weather conditions.
  Taxes and cleaning charge not included in rental rate.
  Cleaning fee ($75.00) is for normal light cleaning, vacuuming, and washing of bedding, any heavy cleaning required to include but not limited to cleaning of dishes, utensils, carpets (beyond vacuuming), walls, and furniture, will be deducted from your security deposit.
  Check in time is 4pm and checkout time is 12pm.
  A $100 security deposit is required when full payment is received. Deposit will be returned within 1 week after vacating the property if no damage is noted or no property is missing.
  Renters are solely responsible for any and all damages caused by themselves or their guests and all missing owner property.
  All reservations require a 50% rental fee deposit with the balance due 45 days before arrival.
  A $100 reservation change fee will be assessed for any changes made to the reservation.
  Payment via PAYPAL unless otherwise arranged
• DAILY RATE for shorter term rentals (i.e., less than one week) are available at $175 per night.
  Refund Policy
  If you cancel for any reason at least 3 months before your arrival date, you will receive a full refund less the 50% rental fee deposit paid at booking. If you cancel for any reason less than 3 months before your arrival date you will not receive a refund unless the property is re-rented. In all cases, your 50% rental fee deposit will be retained by the owners.
  Pet Policy:
  Depending on the type and size of your pet, they may be allowed for an additional $100. Regardless of the size/type of the pet, there is an additional $100 security deposit required which will be refunded at the completion of your stay if no damage is found. Any damage caused by the pet will be paid for by the renters.
  MONTHLY RATES DO NOT INCLUDE UTILITIES. RENTERS PAY FOR ACTUAL USAGE.
