- $300/week deposit + $50 refundable breakage/excess cleaning fee received within 7 days to confirm.
- To reserve a week; $300 is required plus the refundable $50 security deposit (for excessive cleaning/breakage). The refundable security is typically refunded 1 week after your departure. In order to hold/reserve the week, guests are asked to send a total of $350. The remaining weekly balance is due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date.
NOTE: Pets require additional $50 extra to weekly rate. The pet fee applies to any pet.
Cancellation Policy: $300 refunded in full on all confirmed reservations if canceled greater than 30 days of scheduled arrival($50 security fee is not refunded). For reservations canceled 30 days or less to date of scheduled arrival, deposit and fee are nonrefundable. - WE ARE USER FRIENDLY!
Receive your welcome package upon receipt of deposit. Welcome package includes a map which identifies the location of Sunset Point cottage, pages of helpful information, receipt, directions and more. We are also available 7 days a week for your convenience by phone or e-mail.
