- This two story 5000 sq. ft house has: Four bedrooms plus a maid’s quarters Master bedroom has full balcony facing the beach Every bedroom has a full bathroom Guest bathroom Maid's room and bath. Distribution: Four bedrooms upstairs, downstairs enjoy a huge living family room, plus an inner courtyard and outside patio. Full kitchen plus laundry. Maid's room behind kitchen. Sleeping arrnagements: One bedroom has 2 complete double bunk beds, full-size on the bottom and twin size on top, which can confortably sleep 4. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a second beachfront bedroom has a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. The upstairs also has a small loft/den that can sleep one. The house also features a center open courtyard where you can play cards, smoke a cigar, or just relax and look at the stars.

Activities: All beach amenities may be rented (fishing, snorkeling, diving, jet skiing, ATV and motorcycle tours, and much more) directly on the beach. The nearby Decameron Golf Course is a beautiful 18 hole course that is reasonably priced and easy to access. 9 hole and 18 hole rates are available, as are twilight specials. El Valle is less than 30 minutes away, with a beautiful mountain top community, restaurants, hiking, canopy rides, horseback riding and much more.
Housekeeping Services: Our full time housekeeper will provide daily house and room servicing, including laundry. Light breakfasts may also be prepared as desired (renter must provide all food). A cook can easily be secured which will provide additional lunch and dinner meals as desired, at incredible rates.
Pool and Beach: A beautiful, huge clubhouse infinity pool is literally steps away from the patio. The beach is very private, perfect for long walks.
