Cancellation Policy: All reservations are considered sold 14 days prior to arrival. If your travel plans change within 14 days prior to your arrival date, every effort will be made to resell your room. Refunds will be given if the room is resold, less a $25 booking fee. If the room is not resold, you are responsible for the amount of your original expected stay. No cancellations for 4th of July weekend or Coast Guard week.
Deposits: All reservations require a 50% deposit within 10 days of initial reservation. The remainder is due 30 days prior to arrival along with a refundable $200 damage deposit. If a deposit is not received 10 days after reservation we will consider your reservation cancelled. - Other Fees: There is $100 cleaning fee. Adittional $100 deposit with pet. Additional $25 cleaning fee with pet. July 4-July 11 (4th of July)-$1300.00 July 25-August 1 (Coast Guard Festival)-$1300.00
