Beautiful, spacious, bright & airy.  Our home is lake front with a fully loaded kitchen, 2 huge decks with great views ocean to the sound.  Located near Food Lion, movie theater and local shops.  We offer free mini golf and pier fishing in Avon and free use of Olympic size community pool & tennis courts.  Otter Banks has 4 TVs, 3 DVD players, VCR & PlayStation for the kids and extra board & card games.  Central air & heat, water filtration system, hot tub, washer & dryer, outside shower hot & cold water, grill, fish cleaning table and under the house parking.  There is a outside screened in eating area off the kitchen and cooking island.  1 king, 1 queen and 2 single beds along with a queen size sleeper sofa.  Large opened floor plan with great views from all windows. Location, Location, Location: The location of our home is convenient to stores, shops, restaurants, ocean, sound and lighthouses. We are close to Pea Island wild life refuge and all drive on beaches. Fishing is terrific year round and the FREE ferry to Ocacoke Island is just 20 minutes down highway 12. In the evening you can sit on the decks and watch the Hatteras Lighthouse keeping her watchful beam circling the Atlantic. Your children will love the olympic size pool, tennis courts, Avon fishing pier and mini golf which is all included in your rental. The ocean is only a very short walk about 3-5 minutes and you can go crabbing right in Kinnakeet Shores itself.
