Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Holiday rates:
Thanksgiving - $450/night for min 3 nights
Christmas week - $775/night for min 4 nights
New Years - $1,400/night for min 4 nights
Presidents wkend - $1,100/night for 3 nights
Presidents midweek - $600/night for 3 nights - - Mid-wk rentals with no weekend nights have a 4 nt min.
- All rentals require a $500 security deposit.

- Last summer we purchased new pillow top mattresses for 4 beds. Each room has a bedside table and dressers. Bedrooms 1 & 2 are upstairs and share a hall bath. Bedroom 3 is the master bedroom and has a en-suite bathroom and all new furniture. Bedrooms 4 & 5 have a bathroom accessible from both rooms.
