Fantasy Island and Bay Village attractions are just a short walk away. Boutique stores, theater, and restaurants are located just down the street. Best of all, the beach is located 200 yards away, with ocean views from the upper two floors of the home.
Perfect for Large Gatherings and Special Occasions: The Holly Haven House has been completely restored and remodeled to accommodate larger groups and gatherings. A new full bath has been added to the first floor, with an additional den/ eighth bedroom with Queen sleeper sofa, perfect for those who might have difficulty navigating the staircase.
