Orlando Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Policies
1. Rates are subject to 12.5% local sales and resort taxes.
2. A departure cleaning fee is charged on stays of less than 7 nights.
3. Reservation is not confirmed until your deposit is received.
4. On receipt of full payment, we will send you final instructions including directions and check-in details.
5. Sorry, no pets allowed and no smoking inside the home.
6. Check-in is after 4pm on day of arrival. Check-out is before 11am on day of departure.
7. Please be aware that parking of RVs, campers and trailers in the driveway of the home is not allowed by the local Homeowners Association.
8. Please note that:
- no refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures or unused days of your accommodation package.
- under no circumstances can the security deposit be refunded on day of departure. -
Refunds
Cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following penalties:
1. 12 or more weeks prior to arrival - $50.00 cancellation fee
2. 8-12 weeks prior to arrival - loss of half of the reservation deposit
3. 4-8 weeks prior to arrival - loss of reservation deposit
4. Within 4 weeks of arrival - no refund
We do recommend you take out travel insurance to cover yourself in the event it is necessary for you to cancel your holiday.

Orlando Villa Details
Booking Terms and Conditions: 1. To secure booking we require a § 250°° reservation deposit. We will hold the space for 7 days pending receipt of the deposit. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Space may be released if payment is not received by the due date. 2. On receipt of full payment, we will send you final instructions. 3. Security Deposit: at least 48 hour to check- in, the guest must provide a Visa or MasterCard deposit form of $ 250°° or must send $ 250°° in Cash, Travelers Checks, Money Order or Cashiers Check security deposit to our local Management Company. Under no circumstances can the security deposit be refunded on day of departure.
Cancellations: Cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Verbal or telephone cancellations will not be accepted. 90 days prior to arrival is $ 50°° administration fee. 60-89 days prior arrival half of deposit. 42-59 days whole of deposit. Less than 42 days prior to arrival 100% of the total costs. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures or any unused days of your accommodation package.
