St. Thomas Condo Summary

At Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina the view is absolutely breathtaking, offering a post card view of St John and the British Virgin Islands. Our condo is located about fifteen feet from the waters edge on the second floor. The view makes it look as though you are floating on the Caribbean Sea. You may spend your evenings sitting on the chairs on the balcony and taking in the view, the lights on the other islands twinkling in the distance and the pleasure boats entering and departing the marina. The resort offers two fine beaches; one for swimming and the other in front of our building which is better suited for snorkeling. The fresh water pool is only 150 feet away.

Sapphire Beach Resort & Marina is located at the East End of the Island, we are approximately 12 miles from Cyril E. King Airport (45 minute ride), we are known as the shopping capital of the Caribbean offering Duty Free shopping in Charlotte Amalie 30 minutes away. In the section of the island known as Red Hook, 5 minutes away from the condo, you can catch the Ferry to St. John, Tortorla, Virgin Gorda and Jost Van Dyke. Attractions offered by the island include Atlantis Submarine, BOB Underwater Adventure 3 ½ hour aboard 60’yacht, diving and snorkeling, Coral World, Divi Carina Bay Casino, Casino in St. Croix, Pistarckle Theater, Theater in Tillett Gardens, Air conditioned theater with more than 100 seats, Skyride to Paradise Point, and V.I. National Park on St. John. For the golfers in the group Mahogany Run, 18 hole golf course.

Notes: There is a queen size sofa bed, a 20' LCD TV in the bedroom with another 32' flat screen TV in the Living room both offer cable network with over 60 channels, a DVD and VCR player, stereo. Fall of 2007 a newly renovated and a fully stocked kitchen offering a glass cook top, microwave/convection oven, refrigerator, dishes, silverware, glasses, bowls, pots and pans. Local telephone service. A kitchen table that will seat 6 comfortably. Table and 4 sitting chairs on balcony. The view from our balcony is truly impressive with the marina on the right hand side, looking straight out you can see the island of St. John and the British Virgin Islands.

Concierge Services Available:: Our man will pick you and your party up from the Cyril E. King Airport here in St. Thomas, they will call your attention to points of interest on your way to the condo, for a round trip fee of $60.00 per person at that time they will hand you the keys to the condo. For a fee they will offer you the use of a laptop with a PC card (dial up service is available, stock you refrigerator with groceries you need for a provisioning fee of $25.00, provide you with cell phones for your stay on the island.

For Golfers:: For the golfers in the group Mahogany Run, 18 hole golf course. For golfers, the thrill of a lifetime awaits at Mahogany Run Golf Course on the island of St. Thomas in the beautiful United States Virgin Islands. This 6,022-yard, par-70 course, designed by George and Tom Fazio, offers 18 of the most beautiful holes in the Caribbean, culminating in the spectacular “Devil’s Triangle,” the world renowned Signature trio of the 13th, 14th and 15th holes on the Atlantic Ocean. Rates Mahogany Run Golf Course has a fluctuating rate schedule based on the tourism season. Please contact the course directly for a rate quote, or make a reservation on-line for the date and time desired within the next 60 day period. Tee times may be made up to 48 hours in advance of the date of play by calling .The times may be made for up to two months in advance of the date of play (for two or more golfers) by prepaying by credit cards.
