Owner reserves the right to a cleaning fee of $150 if the house is not left tidy and garbage is taken out to the street on departure date. Check in time is anytime after 1:00 PM, and departure time is by 10:00 AM.
Please read the entire ad before securing a reservation. - We are not rule people but we do have a few rules that must be adhered to.
1. No pets allowed anywhere on the property at any time. This would include friends or relatives even visiting for a short period of time.
2. There is a maximum of 6 people staying at the cottage.
3. There is no parking on the lawn or street. Driveway can accomodate 4 cars maximum.
4. One car allowed in the beach parking lot. Anymore than one car may result in cars being towed and loss of parking priviledges.

- House has a full shower downstairs off the kitchen, also accessible from downstairs bedroom. Upstairs the bath is in between the two bedrooms. Just finished a nice outdoor cedar shower. It is so relaxing taking a shower outdoors, it's my fav. Guests bring their own towels and facecloths.

- House has three comfortable bedrooms. Two bedrooms have queen sized beds and the third has two twin beds. All bedrooms have pleasing artwork, some by local artists. Big front porch with a table and six chairs for al fresco dining. Large gardens offer a pleasant backdrop to enjoy outside dining. Guests bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Owner provides clean mattress pads, blankets and bedspreads.
