Townhome is located in Grand County, home of Fraser, Grand Lake and close to Rocky Mountain National Park. Grand County is Northwest of Berthoud Pass/Continental Divide. When driving to Winter Park from Denver you do not need to cross through the Eisenhower Tunnel so you will not get delayed due to congestion at the tunnel. The valley is home to Gold Medal Trout Fishing, incredible snowmobiling, big game hunting, boating and many other activities. Winter activities include recreational skiing and snowboarding, ski and snowboard competitions, snow-shoeing, snow tubing in Fraser, snowmobiling, ice fishing at Grand Lake and Lake Granby and many other activities. During the summer/fall enjoy hiking the Continental Divide, fishing, boating, outdoor concerts and many other activities.
