Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

4 nights is the minimum number of nights we book,
except to fill a less than 4 night opening in our rental schedule.
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. -
Additional rental information:
* Pets are not allowed and No Smoking is allowed in the condo.
* Check-in is not before 4:00PM and Check-out is by 10:00AM.
No special arrangements for early check-in or late check-out.
* We accept Checks, VISA, & MasterCard.
* Add 5.775% Tax and $125.00 cleaning fee for when you leave.
* Booking, a non-refundable Deposit of $100 is required. Balance is due one month prior to arrival date.
* If Reservation is changed or canceled more than one month before arrival date $100.00 will be forfeited, or 50% of the rent if during the 30 days before the arrival date.
* Ten is the maximum number of guests allowed.
* 4 nights is the minimum number of nights we book,
except to fill a less than 4 night opening in our rental schedule.

Copper Mountain: Copper Mountain’s center village has all the amenities of a quaint pedestrian village complete with first class retail shopping, restaurants, nightlife, coffee shops, ice-skating, and more. According to the United States Forest Service Copper Mountain, with its 20 lifts and 2400 acres, is considered the most nearly perfect ski mountain in the United States. Copper has something for everyone. Long steep mogul runs and ample above timberline bowl skiing for the more daring and family friendly runs for others, makes Copper a perfect ski mountain. Free bus for Copper and Frisco.
