There is a 1 car garage with off street parking for another vehicle in front of the garage. Amenities include and Satellite(Direct TV) with HBO. Entrance to the Subdivision is approximately 1/2 mile below Snow Park Lodge at Deer Valley. We are very value conscious, which is why we rent on the web. Our rental rates reflect both the quality of our product and our demand. We have one of the lowest rates for our market in Deer Valley, so please do not call or email and ask for a discounted rate as any discount will have already been figured into our advertised rent. Deer Valley Condo Details

Ski Instruction: I am also available as a ski Instructor. My background is in ski racing, which I pursued as a youngster up until just a few years ago in the Masters level. I am extremely knowledgeable about the mechanics of skiing but can also relate to 'feel' and 'touch' of the ski on the snow. Past students have been very successful in progressing swiftly in both ability and comfort level on the snow. Rates start at $250/ day private. I am confident that you will find my instruction well worth the money invested and open you up to a whole new level of enjoyment of this great sport! -Pete
