Waimanalo House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Tax to be included in final price
- Reservations are held with a 50% deposit. Contact Jason today to reserve your dates.
- Regular season rates: Jan16th - May31st & Sept 5 - Dec 14: $345/night ($2070/wk) with minimum 4 night stay
Summer season rates: June 1 - Sept 4th: $395/night ($2275/wk) with minimum 4 night stay
Reservations are Confirmed upon receipt of 50% deposit. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if your deposit is not received 60 days prior to arriving.
Check in time = 3pm
Check-out time= 10am
Unless other arrangements are made with owners
Rates over the holidays may be higher .
We reserve the right to change rates without notice, however, once confirmed, your rate is locked in.
Occupancy: Occupancy is limited to the number of Confirmed guest. Receptions, Luau's, and parties of any kind are prohibited please.
Smoking is allowed Outside only.
