Waimanalo House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Rates:
Low season rates: Jan16th - May31st: $345/night ($2070/wk) with minimum 4 night stay
Regular season rates: June 1 - Sept 4: $395/night ($2275/wk) with minimum 5 night stay
Holiday rates: December 15th - Jan 15th: $495/night with minimum 7 night stay.
Reservations are Confirmed upon receipt of 50% deposit. Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if your deposit is not received 45 days prior to arriving.
Check in time = 3pm
Check-out time= 10am
Unless other arrangements are made with owners
Rates over the holidays may be higher .
We reserve the right to change rates without notice, however, once confirmed, your rate is locked in.
Occupancy: Occupancy is limited to the number of Confirmed guest. Receptions, Luau's, and parties of any kind are prohibited please.
Smoking is allowed Outside only.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation.

Guest Book: Hey! I’m Alli Kofoed (14). I live in a family of Parrotheads (Jimmy Buffet fans), and one of his songs is about a guy who goes on vacation and never goes home. I could be that guy. Hawaii is beautiful, and I love this beach house! Hanauma Bay had awesome snorkeling! There were lots of fish! Some of my favorite fish were the Colonal Majorfish, the Humuhumunukunukuapua’a, and the “Tourist” (scuba divers I declared fish). I like the Polynesian Cultural Center. It was fun & interesting. But I mostly enjoyed being so close to the beach where we could easily take morning walks, relax, and have fun. Thanks! Alli Kofoed – Bountiful UT PS. The food is delicious & the people are nice PPS. OK ya! I loved the Jacuzzi!
Other Activities: visit Hanauma Bay, Sea Life Park, Mom and Pops stores, Restaurants, Shopping, Sightseeing.
