If you are looking for a great family home in the mountains, this is it! Located in the heart of Park City, this 4 bedroom, 3 bath home, with an attached garage, is 5 minutes from all 3 ski resorts and within walking distance to the free city-wide bus. If you are lucky enough to be here during the Sundance Film Festival, this home is very close to the Eccles Center, which houses many of the films being shown. This home is perfect for families with kids or couples without kids just out for a great vacation. We've even had honeymooners who LOVE the area and the closeness to anything you could possibly need or want. It is perfect if you have a pet you would like to bring along. There are cat/dog doors going out to the fenced-in back yard and the front has an electric fence. Since the home is located on the corner of two cul-de-sacs, it's a very safe and friendly neighborhood.
