The main level is composed of a living/dining room with sliding doors to a large lanai looking directly at the island of Lanai, Kapalua Bay, the Bay Golf Course, Pineapple Hills and beach areas. There is a remodeled granite kitchen fully supplied & custom stone designed full bath. The top level is the bedroom suite with Lanai which looks out to the 1st green of the Kapalua Bay Golf Course while the West side of the master suite is completely window providing views of Lanai, the ocean and beach areas. The location is walking distance to Kapalua Bay, the Bay Golf Course, Tennis Court facilities, the Ritz and several popular restaurants. The villa includes two televisions, DVR, stereo, wireless for computer and washer/dryer. Designed for couples only. Great location!

Facilities at the Ritz are available to our guests with request from Villa management. Resort shuttle services are also available for quick trips to special events such as the Mercedes Golf Tournament, a round of golf, spa relaxation or a trip to a special beach.
