Location: Lucca is unique, placed in the center of Italy, close to the sea side and the Alpi Apuane. The town offers lots of amenities, good museums, restaurants, and nice shops.
Things to do: Besides sightseeing, Lucca offers cooking lessons, an Italian learning school, wine testing in the estate, and winery tours.
Golf: In the surroundings of Lucca there are many Golf Clubs located in Forte dei Marmi, Montecatini, Tirrenia and Florence. All of them can be reached in a 20/60 minutes drive.
