- Our rates are based on the total number of bedrooms and sofa beds required for the entire stay. This is not a shared house rate like a B&B; we only rent to one party/family at a time.
The base 1 bedroom rate is shown on the listing schedule. Each additional bedroom is $50.00 per night, plus tax and $25.00 extra per bedroom for cleaning. If you are not sure of the number of bedrooms required at time of booking we recommend starting with the minimum and adding additional bedrooms once the total number in your party has been confirmed.
