CHECK IN / OUT: Check In is After 3:00 pm, Check Out is Before 11:00 am, Weekly Rentals Rates are from Saturday to Saturday. Weekend Rental Rates are for Friday night Saturday night and Sunday night ( If available) 3 night stay. Additional night stay are not part of the weekly stay and are not guaranteed up to the day of departure. Weekly rentals have the priority booking over weekend or extra night stays. Deposit and Cleaning Fees apply to all Rentals.
What do you need to bring: Bedding linens- Sheets, Blankets and Pillows, 1 Queen, 1 Full and 1 Single. Queen sofa bed. Bathroom towels, wash clothes, soap and shampoo, toilet paper and tissues. Kitchen dish and dishwasher detergent and paper towels/napkins. Mr coffee # 2 filters for drip coffee machine. DVD movies will play on play station 2 or watch satellite TV. Laundry detergent and softener, Washer and Dry on site.
No Smoking, No Pets: This home is for all to enjoy so we ask that you do not smoke inside or near the building. If you do smoke please do not throw the used filters on the ground Anywhere but the trash. They end up in the bay or ocean. We love Pets too but they tend to mark their territory. Please make other arrangement for your pets . We will ask you to sign a deposit surrender if the property has in fact been smoked in or pets have stayed.
