Winter rates apply when Ski Big Bear Mtn. is open. Summer rates: last week of June - Labor Day. Holiday rates - $1100/wk-$750/weeknd-$150/night. * Three day holiday weekends - $900, include but not limited to MLK, Labor Day, Presidents Week. *Christmas & New Year's week/weeknd rates - $1500/week-$1200/weeknd-$300/night.

Masthope House Details
Game room includes 5 large stand up 'arcade style' video games set on 'free play'. Cable TV, DVD and VCR in all rooms. Free wireless Internet access throughout the house. You'll need to supply the laptop. Land line telephone access in house. All operator assisted or other chargeable calls will be deducted from security deposit. Our 4 bedroom home includes 1 king size bed, 1 queen bed, and 4 single beds and 3 auto-inflating air mattresses (1 queen, 2 singles). You must provide your own sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. Large 'U' shaped living room sofa comfortably sleeps 2 people as does three seat reclining leather sofa in fireplace room.
