Elegant new colonial, 1.1 wooded acres of property on quiet hill-side cul-de-sac in the Masthope Mountain Community. Large rear deck faces forested property, and is ideal for barbecuing or relaxing in complete privacy. Swim, fish, boat in private lake or ski Big Bear Mountain. Further info can be found at Masthope Mountain Community Website. Spacious home includes game room with free play stand-up arcade style video games, cable, 5 TVs, 5 DVDs, stereo/ CD, washer & dryer. Kitchen is equipped with all modern amenities including a breakfast nook. Also, dining room and fireplace room. Families preferred. All guests must be declared. Limits on the amount of unrelated adults per rental. Minimum rental of 1 week during July and August. Rental period from Friday to Friday unless otherwise agreed upon.

Masthope Mountain Community is an all season facility located in the heart of the beautiful Poconos Mountains. Ski Masthope's own Big Bear Mountain with 18 trails, 5 ski lifts, ***25% off lift tickets for renters*** , snowboard & tubing trails. Swim, fish, boat, or water-ski at Masthope's 250 acre lake. Ride horses at Masthope's private stable or ride the trails. Go rafting or tubing on the nearby Delaware River. Swim the olympic sized pool, water slide or the kiddie pool. Enjoy the basketball, tennis, & handball courts. Masthope Lodge features a first class restaurant and separate sports bar. Lodge activities also include a video arcade, ping-pong and pool tables. Go antiquing at nearby Milford or enjoys the water activities at nearby Lake Wallenpaupack. Our home features a beautiful fireplace, a jacuzzi tub in the master suite, a large rear deck overlooking 1.1 acres of forested property, and a recently completed video arcade game room (in the basement) with free play for all.
