If cancellation is within 8 weeks of booking, then there is a full refund less a $25.00 handling fee. If notice of cancellation is in less than the time required before your booking, then a refund of your deposit is dependent upon re-rental of the unit for the cancelled nights. The $25.00 handling fee will be credited toward any future bookings with this condo.

- The bedroom is fairly large for a Maui bedroom -- approximately 175 sq. ft. The gentle sounds of the ocean lull you into the most peaceful slumber each night. There is a wall of closet space on one side, and several dressers and a television set with DVD. The bed faces out toward the windows. There are shutters to the living room that you can leave open all day to enjoy the panoramic view. At night, if you have guests sleeping on the fold-out couch, you can close the shutters very easily. It's very quiet between the living room and bedroom with the shutters closed. You can have someone watching TV in the living room while someone is asleep in the bedroom. There is a ceiling fan directly over the bed as well as over the couch in the living room. The washer and dryer is located between the bedroom and bathroom for easy access. This a very roomy and comfortable one bedroom.
