The mahogany elevator makes bringing your luggage to the upper floor bedrooms hassle-free. The second floor features two master bedrooms with king beds, and two additional bedrooms with one queen bed and one with double set of bunkbeds. Master bathrooms are state of the art and even feature a bidet! Tier ceilings and wraparound covered tiled decks with incredible gulf views. Private baths and private balconies with views. Professionally decorated throughout! Step off on the third floor to a wonderful open floor plan. Large living and dining area and top of the line kitchen with a six seat breakfast bar, Sub-Zero refrigerator, Viking gas range with six burners, ice maker and wine cooler complete this first class kitchen. Two additional bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and private bath. Also, each room has its own private balcony overlooking the pool with wonderful views.
Did I mention the fourth floor tower room with a plasma television, a wet bar with refrigerator, and gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico and surrounding communities? Enjoy Seagrove's native landscaping that borders the property line and just steps away to the gulf of Mexico! Walkway to beach with facilities. This home can easily sleep 16. It is appointed with a mixture of travertine, tile, mahogany, oak, stone and granite. Each bedroom is fully equipped with flat screen TV and DVD players. Located in Seagrove, across from a county-maintained beach with facilities. One mile from Seaside, five miles from Rosemary Beach, twenty minutes from Destin and Panama City Beach. This home has too many features to list! *Elevator is primarily for handicapped use.
