Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Pets welcome with additional pet deposit
A reservation requires: 50% down (we 'hold' the home for 4 days to allow your check to arrive). Your reservation is 100% Refundable if you cancel within 7 days. After that you'll be charged a deposit equal to 50% of the rental amount.
Security Deposit is $1,000 Policy: this covers damage or excessive cleaning. The security deposit will be refunded within two weeks of your stay. -
Remaining balance is payable in full 60 days prior to arrival, and is non-refundable unless cancellation insurance is purchased.
** Cancellation insurance is available through CSI Insurance Services for 7% of the rental amount. It covers 100% of the trip cost due to cancellation, interruption, and/or delay. This is a great policy, and seems to work best in serving the interests of both the homeowner & renter.

The 3rd bathroom features natural stone tile and beautiful glass double bowls with modern fixtures. Located in beautiful Tahoe Keys with access to all private amenities and just 10 minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort, shopping, and casinos, and 25 minutes from Sierra-at-Tahoe Ski Resort. 2 blocks from secluded National Forest trails for hiking, biking, snowshoeing and x-country skiing. Walk to Lake Tahoe beaches, Camp Richardson resort area and beautiful Fallen Leaf Lake.
Guest Book: This was our dream vacation. It was better than any trip I've had to a 5-star hotel and spa. Everything that was advertised was real and the amenities were unreal. Our kids really enjoyed the pools and kayak. The house is minutes from shopping and resorts and casinos. So, I am writing to say how much we appreciated the hospitality extended to us by Alma the owner. She treated us like royalty. The house is unbelievable.
