  • December Holidays, Hyundai Tournament of Champions in Kapalua, and whale watching season are included in peak season. All rates subject to Hawaii Excise Tax and Hotel Room Tax (13.25 %).
    Minimum rental of 6 days (exception to fill calendar- no less than 3 days)
    Cleaning fee 2013 $105.00 $250 refundable security deposit required. Cleaning Fee 2014 $115.00
    Reservations made verbally will be held for one week, after which we require a 2 night deposit to reserve the condo. The balance of the payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Personal checks, money orders, Visa and Master Card are accepted. 2% CC transaction fee (national) 4% CC transaction fee (international)

    Wireless and parking are free and there are no charges for local calls. Use cell phones or calling cards for long distance calls.

Our favorites are sailing on America's Cup, whale watching with Captain Steve, sunset sail on the Trilogy, snorkeling and adventure trips with Pacific Whale Foundation and Trilogy. A grocery store, Star Market, is located across the street from the entrance of the Mahana ( approx. 4 blocks). There is also a dive shop, gift shop, and a number of casual eateries (pizza included). Two blocks north of the Star Market, you can find a farmer's market where you can purchase local fruit, and vegetables, flowers and gifts.
