Now with new private heated in-ground pool!!! This darling Duplex Beach House is less than a two-minute walk to some of the best white-sand beaches in Florida and is located in a prime spot on the island. In addition, our home is a minute's walk to the free trolley stop that can take you all around Anna Maria Island. The unit is only a block from the beach and is in a central location on the Gulf side of the Island. Finally, the home is minutes from great restaurants/shopping/etc. Each unit has two bedrooms (two twin beds in one Bedroom; and one queen bed in the second Bedroom), central air, large Florida room, spacious yard, washer/dryer, carport, one bathroom with shower/tub. Unit is fully furnished with linens/towels/kitchen utensils/etc. As you can see from the photos, the home is very clean with a cheery, beachy decor. Pricing is amongst the most reasonable on the island especially given its location.
