Chandler House Details
Furniture: This is not your normal rental home - most of the furniture is from Macy's and rather expensive. The furniture is very comfortable, clean and well maintained. Most rentals have inexpensive furniture that you would not find in your own home. I designed this home to be a true luxury vacation home with granite countertops, smooth cooktop, microwave, coffee machine, toaster oven, garbage disposal, filtered water, water softener, etc.
Appliances/entertainment/Internet: Full washer and dryer in laundry room. Full size refrigerator. Microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, mixer, etc. Full set up in kitchen: plates, silverware, pots and pans, drinking and wine glasses, etc. Pantry. High end stereo system: receiver, subwoofer, full surround speakers, speakers in kitchen with volume control, central channel, DVD player, VCR, digital cable, TV, etc. TV, DVD and digital cable in master bedroom. Cable Internet and wireless Internet. Printer/scanner/fax in office. You just bring the computer and you are set! Full back patio with gas BBQ, dining set and lounging chairs.
Parking: Garage attached to house - parking for two cars. Single story so no stairs to climb. Beautiful neighborhood and minutes away from Solera golf course, rec center, tennis, pool, etc. Lots of activities.
Golf: Golf course with discounted rates for renters.
