Emerald Island House Summary
Our home was built in August 2005 and is tastefully decorated and furnished to a much higher level than you would normally find in a rental property. All linens and towels are provided and the kitchen is fully-equipped should you decide to entertain at home. The accommodation comprises of a large family lounge with gallery view from above, an open plan kitchen, a breakfast nook, a separate dining room, a downstairs bathroom and five bedrooms. The king sized master bedroom is downstairs and en-suite and there is a queen sized second en-suite master upstairs. A full sized bedroom upstairs and two sets of twins, one upstairs and one downstairs completes the sleeping arrangements. The family bathroom is upstairs. There is cable TV throughout with a DVD/VCR combo in the family room and either a TV/DVD combo or TV/VCR combo in each of the bedrooms. We have supplied a PS2 games console in one of the bedrooms to keep the kids happy. We also have a games room and computer with internet access.

Our Florida vacation rental home, located at Emerald Island Resort just off of Highway 192, is a stunning property on a premium lot and has been furnished to a very high standard. Emerald Island Resort is one of the closest rental communities to Disney and is a favorite with regular travelers to the Disney area. Our villa is located less than three miles from Disney, Orlando International Airport is just a 20 minute drive away, and a ten minute car journey will take you International Drive, the home of Universal Studios and a host of other attractions. Emerald Island Resort is ideally situated for the perfect vacation, using our luxurious home as your base you will be able to explore central Florida as well as both coastal regions and any of the multitude of Florida State parks that the area has to offer.
