Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Cleaning fee of $75.00 is required for each week or fraction thereof rented.
- Rates subject to change Please note we have a 3 night minimum.

days of arrival date forfeit 50% of rental deposit. 14 or less days
from arrival date forfeit the 100% rental amount.

'We loved your house in Bend. The weather was perfect and we got in 10 days of skiing at Bachelor. The lifts closed at 1 PM which gave us a little hiking/biking time in the afternoon. Hope to do it again in the near future! Thanks Again - Bill'
