See & hear the ocean surf from this 1 bedroom, 1 bath oceanview condo at 'Alii Villas' top floor (third floor) unit. This Condo was recently renovated with new tropical island furniture throughout, ceiling fans, freshly painted, all new appliances, fixtures, lighting & completely remodeled full kitchen, (new stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, dishes, pots & Pans) and remodeled bathroom. The bedroom has a new King-size bed with ocean views and one Queen sleeper sofa in the living room with ocean views. You will not find a nicer Kona condo for these prices. Alii Villas is an Oceanfront complex, there is nothing between the resort and the ocean except our beautiful palm trees and lush green grounds, no roads to cross! Our central location is perfect to watch the ocean sunsets, far enough away from the noise/traffic but a short walk 15 mins/3 min drive(1 mile) puts you in the center of town.

This Oceanfront complex is located on scenic Alii Drive, 1 mile from town, midway between plentiful shopping and dining in Kailua. The nearest beach is White Sand Beach Park (a.k.a. Magic Sands), approximately a 10 minute walk/3min drive. Slightly further is Kahalu'u Beach Park, a renowned snorkeling beach with one of the best snorkeling spots in the Hawaiian islands. This is a popular spot to surf and snorkel; it is frequented by turtles, and has a sheltered reef for novice snorkelers. Beautiful snorkeling reefs right in front our complex (except at high surf).
