Emerald Island House Details
Accommodation: Each bedroom has a TV (the 3 master bedrooms also have DVDs). The family room has a large 51 inch wide screen TV, Home Theatre, DVD and VCR. The living room has yet another TV with a Playstation 2 and games. High speed wireless internet access throughout the house. The family room has a magnificent cathedral ceiling which gives a wonderful feeling of spacious luxury. The kitchen is generously equipped for eating indoors or outside. The house is fully air-conditioned and has a games room with a pool table, Foosball table (table football) and air hockey. The house leads onto a shaded lanai with tables, chairs and a barbeque grill. Beyond is a screened deck area with a heated south facing 30 foot pool and spa with sun loungers, overlooking a lake and a wooded conservation area. There are alarms on all doors leading to the pool and a child safety fence can be erected if preferred.
Location: Our luxury villa is located in the exclusive Emerald Island gated Community Resort, just off the 192 West near Formosa Gardens Plaza. It provides unrivalled access to Walt Disney World and the other theme parks, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, as well as International Drive and Celebration etc. which are all just minutes away. In addition, numerous golf courses, shops, supermarkets, and restaurants are just round the corner. It is the perfect location to enjoy your stay in Central Florida.
