Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 40% Discount for any open weeks 45 days prior to desired arrival date!!!!
- Please contact via email for availability. We offer up to 40% discounts for last minute reservations (within 45 days of desired arrival date) should the villa be open. Casa del Secreto consists of 2 villas. The lower villa is the private residence of the owner. There is an interior stair case that can be unlocked from the lower villa and the upper villa to combine the 2 villas into one villa. Typically, Casa del Secreto is rented as a 3BR/3B only (2nd level villa only). However, when the Cooper family is not in residence the entire 1st and 2nd level villas are combined and rented out as one villa with either 5Bed/Bath or 6Bed/Bath, 2 complete kitchens, 2 dens and 2 living rooms. When the Cooper family is in residence in the lower villa, the guests in the 2nd level villa are given all the privacy they desire, including exclusive use of the pool and the gorgeous Jacuzzi. Located on the private lot is also a Studio that may be added to the rental if desired for an extra 2 guests.
- Christmas/New Year's Week 2010: only available as a 6BR/6B: $15500.
Additional Guest Rate for all Seasons and Holiday Rates:
Additional Guests above the standard number are $250. per guest/per week. ($500. for Holiday Weeks.) Max of 2 additional guests.
10% discount on all rates if reservation is booked minimum 6 months in advance except for Holiday Weeks
Security Deposits:
A $500. Security Deposit is required in Cash upon check-in. Security Deposits will be returned the day of departure if there is no apparent damages to villa, car or other property.

- Villa rents either as 3BR/3B (upper level only) or as a 5BR/6B max 10 guests or 6B/6B max guests 13 including the lower level. The 5BR/6B or 6BR/6B includes 2 kitchens/dining areas and 2 dens. The upper level and lower level are connected by an interior stairwell that is unlocked to combine the 2 levels. Square footage of both levels combined is 4000 + sq.ft. The pool & JACUZZI /SPA IN GARDEN AREA NEAR POOL WITH OCEAN VIEWS AND WATERFALL is a private for guests if the upper 3BR/3B is rented or if the entire villa is booked as a 6BR/6B. All bedrooms have private bathrooms.
