- This home is not available for large parties/events. Doing so without the written consent of the owner will be deemed as 'misuse'. Misuse will be determined and interpreted by owner. Any misuse of the property will result in an automatic forfeiture of the full amount of the security deposit. Any damage or excess rent and/or fees will be additional.
- Reservations are not finalized or confirmed until: 1) full/total amount of rent is received and successfully processed by the corresponding financial institution, and 2) we have received a signed copy of Rental Agreement. A security deposit in the amount of $3000.00 (weekly) or $5,000.00 (monthly) is required for all reservations. This is a smoke free and pet free home. Reservations must be finalized more that 21 days prior to arrival. We do not accept credit cards.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation for any reason it must be done in writing. Our policy is as follows:
You may receive a Partial refund. If the cancellation is more than 45 calendar days prior to arrival date the Partial refund is 75%. If the cancellation is within 45-31 calendar days of your arrival the Partial refund is 50%. Within 30 days there is no refund.

We find our home very comfortable and relaxing and hope you will enjoy the home and Palm Beach experience as much as we do. We do have Internet access, however, it is not wireless. There are wireless cafes in the area.
