Palm Beach House Summary
This 1950's-chic home is perfect setting for holiday gatherings or spending quality time with family & friends. The home is located in the near N end of island of Palm Beach, near PBCC, and is decorated in retro chic fashion to complement & highlight its original architectural design. This spacious sun filled home has 2 bedrooms/2 baths upstairs & 2 bedrooms/1 bath downstairs. In the center of the home is a large family room which flows into a sun room which can be partitioned by 2 expansive glass sliders. The sun room, along with much of the 1st floor, boasts floor-to-ceiling windows providing a panoramic view of the covered patio, large pool & lush landscaping. The private yard is surrounded by high hedges allowing for supervised play. The bike trail access is at the end of our street & nearest resident beach access is 2 streets north. Please see our March review by family who visited 3 times this season. Please call as reservations for next season are beginning.

- If the purpose of the rental of this property is for any event which includes a total of more than 15 people at any given time, this intention must be disclosed to the owner. Misuse will be determined and interpreted by owner. Any misuse of the property will result in an automatic forfeiture of the full amount of the security deposit. Any damage or excess rent will be additional.

Reservations are not finalized or confirmed until: 1) full/total amount of rent is received and successfully processed by the corresponding financial institution, and 2) we have received a signed copy of Rental Agreement. A security deposit in the amount of $3,500.00 (weekly) or $8,000.00 (monthly) is required for all reservations. This is a smoke free and pet free home. Reservations must be fianlaized more that 21 days prior to arrival. We do not accept credit cards.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation for any reason it must be done in writing. Our policy is as follows:
A. You may choose another available week during 2008 (excluding Holidays) Your payment will be applied to the applicable rate for your newly preferred week.

B. You may receive a Partial refund. If the cancellation is more than 45 calendar days prior to arrival date the Partial refund is 75%. If the cancellation is 45 or within calendar days of your arrival the Partial refund is 50 percent

- Each bathroom upstairs is en suite. Room with twin beds has shower only (no tub). The twin bedroom is just across the hall from the master bath which is very large and has a separate dressing area. Downstairs 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom and 4th bathroom is next to the cabana room.

- All four bedrooms are large. The largest room is upstairs as is the room with twin beds. Parking for 4 cars in driveway and carport. Beach access is 2 1/2 blocks away and bike trail access is at end of street. Most furnishings, carpets, fixtures and decor are new as of summer/fall 2006. This house is an exceptional quality and value for the price!

We find our home very comfortable and relaxing and hope you will enjoy the home and Palm Beach experience as much as we do. We do have Internet access, however, it is not wireless. There are wireless cafes in the area.
