Kaanapali Condo Rates

  • Please call Reservations for additional details, availability and special promotions.
  • Reservations are accepted through March 2008. Please inquire for dates after April 1, 2008.

    Rates Include:
    Direct local phone, parking (except at condominiums or hotels), Concierge assistance, optional greeting upon arrival, occupancy up to the maximum number of persons allowed, weekly pool/spa service, weekly gardening, post-departure cleaning if not charged separately, extra person fees and housekeeping services as noted up to the stated maximum amount.

  • Each arrival at The Whaler is now subject to a one-time resort check-in fee of $50 plus 4.166% tax. Further, the AOAO is charging a 'resort use' fee of $5.00 per day plus 4.166% tax. If you plan to park on property there is also a parking fee of $12.00 plus 4.166% tax per day per vehicle. All fees are collected upon arrival by the Association of Apartment Owners or 'AOAO' at the resort front desk. Tropical Villa Vacations has no control over these fees and we do not benefit financially from them.
    RATES DO NOT INCLUDE:
    In Hawaii, homes are provided on an a-la-carte basis and most incidental personal services are not included in the rates quoted. Not included are long distance phone (unless a property offers a fixed price monthly unlimited long distance calling plan, security/damage/incidentals/activity deposit, extra guest-requested pool, spa service or yard cleaning, personal laundry, extra housekeeping other than noted, and all taxes.
