The 4th bedroom suite is an optional add-on feature provided exclusively for guests renting the Estate to create 4 bedrooms with 5.5 baths for up to 10 persons. If renting the 4th bedroom advance notice is requested.
- Maximum Occupancy Including Children: 6 guests with one additional young child accepted in the main house or up to 8-9 persons total including children if also renting the 4th bedroom. With the adjacent Wailea Sunset Bungalow as many as 12-13 persons may enjoy this exceptional location.

Large studio bedroom (approx. 800-900 square feet) in a separate building connected to the main house via a covered walkway with a king size bed or a queen size murphy wall bed, lounging furniture, small writing desk, patio furniture. This room may be suitable for a guest using a narrow wheelchair as the studio is located on the same main living level with the carport and main house living/dining/kitchen and patio/pool/spa areas. Wailea Estate Details
Beach and Ocean Access: Direct access into the water in front of the Estate to snorkel, swim, scuba dive, and sometimes boogie board or surf when the surf is up! Foot protection is recommended as the shoreline often is littered with pebbles. Young visitors will enjoy investigating the little tide pools along the shoreline in front of the property.
Entertainment Center: Yes - The Living Room has a 65' high definition television with an iPod dock, DVD, CD, VCR and X Box. The Family Room has a 32' high definition television with CD, DVD and VCR. Entertainment center with a high definition television, VCR, and CD/DVD is provided in each bedroom! A small television is also in the kitchen and family room.
Villa Specific Disclosures: A single family residence is being constructed approximately 100 to 200 feet from the Wailea Sunset Estate. In addition, an upslope gated planned community may be built-out in the near future. There are other assorted vacant lots in the area. Therefore, we are advising customers that construction activity could possibly be visible or audible at any time without advance notice. Our current rates reflect considerable consideration for any possible inconvenience and any possible noise shall not negate a reservation agreement. This is a good opportunity to enjoy a very special one acre ocean and beach front property at a reasonable cost. The grass lawns surrounding the property and all neighboring properties are trimmed with a motorized mower each Saturday. The mower may be audible and the schedule may not be altered. On Saturday morning until mid afternoon please plan activities which will not be disturbed by the lawn care crew needing full access to the grass lawns.
Other Activities: Exclusive helicopter tours, in-villa massage and spa pampering, family portrait photographs, and any and all other special needs.
