- Our rental rates are reasonable and are far less than rates charged by commercial management companies. A 25% deposit is required with all bookings and is non-refundable within 60 days of arrival. Final payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund if less than 50% of the runs are open at Park City Mountain Resort seven days prior to your scheduled arrival (only applies December first through April 15th).

Snowcrest Condo Details
The kitchen is fully equipped with full size refrigerator, oven/stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, pans, plates, utensils, etc. There is a convenient locked closet outside to store all of your skis, boots and gear as well as a large hall used as a mud-room at the front door to store coats, hats, and gloves.
There are all kinds of great winter and summer activities to enjoy at this condominium. The condominium is ideally located across the street from the ski lift. Running trails and the mountain is across the street which also makes for easy access to hiking in the summer.
