Beach Access: Walk down slope from the 'Penthouse building' past the lovely cascading waterfall and beautifully planted gardens approximately one block to Wailea Beach and the Adult Pool & Spa and Wailea Beach, where you can snorkel, swim, scuba dive, kayak and sometimes boogie board or surf when the waves are up!

Pool and Jacuzzi: The Sea View Sanctuary is three floors directly above the family pool, hot tub spa and Fitness Center. A second pool for adults with a natural free-form lava rock encircled whirlpool spa is just a short stroll downslope towards Wailea Beach. Both pools have attendants for help with towels and other services. There are two open-air star-lit free-form lava rock encircled whirlpool hot tubs within the lushly landscaped grounds outdoors, including one just steps from your private elevator.

Villa Specific Disclosures: The Sea View Sanctuary overlooks the family pool and spa and is in somewhat close proximity to the center courtyard area of the 'Penthouse' building. Guests should expect some ambient livings sounds. We would like to point out that we find it remarkably peaceful inside. The building is well constructed with double pane glass windows which provide excellent sound insulation. Charges for the auto rental cost will be to the guests own account in accordance with their pre-existing Hertz rate plan and Gold Club information on file with Hertz. Groceries are billed at actual cost to the guests incidental folio. There is no charge for an initial grocery delivery and stocking service.
