Beach Access: Direct access to Wailea Beach from The Royal Ilima to snorkel, swim, scuba dive, kayak and sometimes boogie board or surf when the waves are up!
Pool and Jacuzzi: The Royal Ilima is set directly above the adult pool and a natural free-form lava rock encircled whirlpool spa, which are exclusive to the Wailea Beach Villas. A second pool and whirlpool spa for families, as well as an extensive gym and fitness center are conveniently located below the Tower building just a short stroll upslope from The Royal Ilima. Both pools have attendants for help with towels and other services. There are two open-air star-lit free-form whirlpool hot tubs within the lushly landscaped grounds, including one just steps from your private elevator.
Villa Specific Disclosures: The Royal Ilima is set in the heart of Wailea with convenient access to many services and entertainment. Several nights each week the luau at an adjacent hotel can be heard from the villa. Enjoy the complimentary back ground music! Also, the Grand Wailea Resort frequently utilizes a lawn area adjacent to the Wailea Beach Villas for private parties which are both audible and visible from the villa. Usually any periodic evening activities wrap up at a reasonable hour and most often the events are entertaining and may include a fireworks display. Enjoy a front row box seat to the events! Guests should expect some general ambient livings sounds, as the Beach Villas are set in the heart of an acclaimed world-class resort. We would like to point out that we find it remarkably peaceful inside The Royal Ilima. The building is well constructed with double pane glass windows which provide excellent sound insulation.
