Pemaquid Farmhouse Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Reates range from $1500 to $1800 per week
- 2012 Rates: Early Summer (May 26-June 30) $1,500 a week) , High Season is (June 30 to Sept 8) $1800 a week, and Fall Foliage (Sept 8 to Oct 26) $1500, month $5600.
- We offer a discount for rental for more than one week and monthly rentals. We also offer discounts for repeat guests.
Rental rates do not include a cleaning/linens fee of $104
$250 Reservation/Security deposit required to hold date-all monies fully refundable if canceled 90 days prior to requested date.
