- Payment: A 30% deposit is due upon reservation, full payment due four weeks before arrival. For security reasons, the association will be provided with the name of the renting party, arrival and departure dates, and the number of people that shall be staying in the cottage.
- Cancellations: $100 cancellation fee if cancelled prior to 30 days of arrival date. Deposit will not be refunded if notice is not given prior to 30 days and cottage remains unrented. Deposit will be refunded minus $100 cancellation fee if the cancellation is within 30 days of arrival and the cottage is re-rented.
THIS IS A NON-SMOKING COTTAGE. There will be a $200 fee for cleaning if there is smoking in the cottage.
