Tempe Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- All holidays and major events and the month of March subject to premium pricing ($300.00 nightly) and / or 7 night minimums regardless of season.
4 night minimum June - September. 3 night minimum rest of year.
50% of the total booking fee due at time of reservation. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
$300.00 security deposit is fully refundable upon satisfactory check-out. - The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood and perfect for guests seeking a private and relaxing getaway. Events or gatherings require prior approval.
Absolutely no pets or smoking inside the villa is permitted. Violation of either of these policies will result in forfeiture of entire security deposit.
