Notes: This house has abundant deck space and wonderful deck furniture, including chaises and table, chairs and umbrella for outdoor dining. A separate deck is located off the master bedroom. A cocktail deck with seating is on top of the house, and a separate screened porch has its own picnic table. There is lush wall to wall carpeting throughout. House has a separate entertainment center with flat screen TV and all audio/video equipment, rocking recliner and sofa; master bedroom also has a TV. A hammock is provided in its own shady and breezy hideaway. There is covered parking for two vehicles, and a very convenient keyless lock system. Cleaning and linen service is included in the weekly price. The views and circulation provided by the large Palladian windows and cathedral ceilings will set your spirits soaring in the Byrd Sanctuary. Check-in is Saturday until June, when it switches to Sunday to help you with the traffic flow--Duck is a very desirable beach community.
