- $50 to $85 per night with a 30 nights stay.
- We accept all major credit cards and checks though PayPal. $300 refundable security deposit. Additional charge for 3rd and 4th person ($5 per night for additional person). 50% required upon booking and the balance due 60 day before arrival. $120 electric bill allowance to avoid excessive AC and electrical use (typical electric bill runs $70 to $100) I will pay for the electric bill up to $120 per month if the bill goes above that this would the amount you will be responsible for ( for example if the bill is $150 you would be responsible for the additional $30) .
You are welcome to book 30 nights and use less time or share your stay with friends and family. - We accept all major credit cards and checks though PayPal.
Free long distance to mainland USA, inter-Island and Canada. Free high speed internet.
All bookings are non-refundable unless we are able to re-book the stay.
