  Rates are for one to four adult occupants. Any additional (more than four) occupants must be young children (maximum of two). There is a $25 additional charge per night for the additional children.
  
  Minimum stay is two nights at $250 per night.
  
  A 50% deposit is required at time of booking. Balance due 15 days prior to arrival.
  
  Up to 30 days prior to arrival - 100% refund.
  Fifteen to 29 days prior to arrival - 50% refund.
  No refund less than 15 days prior to arrival.
