Matunuck House Summary

We are located in the heart of Matunuck on a quiet dead end street. This three bedroom two and a half bath home offers a large front yard to relax in and a wrap-around porch to watch great sunsets from. It is a short walk to very nice beaches that offer surfing or swimming (calm for children). Town beach pass included. It is a short walk to the village grocer, coffee shop or to get ice cream after a long day at the beach. Public tennis courts, golf, fishing, bike riding or a walk through the wildlife refuge are all nearby. South County features many places to visit all within a short drive. Ride the carousel in historic Watch Hill, visit the mansions of Newport and the cliff walk or take the ferry to Block Island. You can also drive approximately 45 minutes and visit Mystic village, Foxwoods/Mohegan Sun casinos or Providence. With a large kitchen and family room there is plenty of room to relax, watch the television or read a book. Matunuck is the place to vacation.
